Chenella Walker

Chenella Walker 

Chenella Walker one of the Co Directors at The Hired Secretary and has a Level 3 Admin, PA and Secretarial Diploma, she also qualified in Hardware and Software IT in the year 2000 with a distinction in Business in the year 2006. She has run her own and other’s businesses over a period of more than 8 years. She has successfully taken on all the roles needed to fulfill the demands of working for, running, and helping companies. She has a strong love and passion for good customer service, honesty and being creative in business which has helped her to build a good reputation with her clients and she is able to communicate in both English and Spanish fluently.

Her most recent undertaking was helping a company form contracts with property developers and letting departments via her business methods. The company is still growing rapidly and within the first year the company is now accredited to WHICH? a trusted trader only one in three companies that apply are able to achieve. 

This is not only down to the workmanship of the employees but also the first class customer service and admin that is being supplied. The innovative ideas that her team has incorporated has ensured outstanding results, performance and growth for the company. 

Jodianne Griffiths 

Jodianne one of the Co Directors at The Hired Secretary graduated from Roehampton University in 2010 with French and Spanish as her major subjects. In that same year she was employed by Miss World Organisation as an administrator and translator and has had over 5 years’ experience in admin. Jodianne is extremely motivated and has experience in business that has allowed her to travel the world using those skills

Josephine Perianagassamy  

Josephine Perianagasammy better known as Sophie is head of the recruitment department and one of the Co Directors here at the Hired Secretary. Josephine ensures that as soon as a new CV comes in they are read and the relevant ones uploaded and forwarded for assessment. 

Once CV's are approved Josephine contacts the relevant candidates and arranges interviews. She ensures that all the relevant legal documents are collected including the references. 

Josephine is also on hand to help the candidates through the recruiting process and arranges and assists in staff training days. 

Josephine has had previous experience in admin and management and is dynamic and caring in all that she does. 

Angelina Perianagassamy

Angelina is a new member of our team and is an official apprentice with us under Croydon College. She has a Level 3 Admin, PA & Secretarial Diploma and deals with all the admin tasks within the office. 

Her tasks include dealing with enquiry's via emails and phone, dealing with accounting issues, liaising with candidates and at times clients, filing, scanning, faxing, and much more. 

We are proud to see Angelina's growth in the admin field and her new found confidence   

We truly value the work that she does here in the office and value her as a team member. 

Paul Mas 

Paul Mas works in our sales department and is responsible for leading and guiding any sales within The Hired Secretary. He builds a sales plan, analyze data, and at times candidates that are well suited to posts in his sales process.

He has recruitment experience and has helped the agency he worked with gain new placements with international firms and businesses by adhering to a high level of professionalism and work ethos.

Paul is Fluent in French, English and Tamil and has a basic knowledge of German. 

Paul is an honest, professional and dedicated to his sales role and a valuable member of our team.

Omar Rodriguez 

Omar Rodriquez is our advertisement consultant and analyser, he deals with all our social media advertisements.

Omar has a keen eye for detail and in analysing details to do with all advertisement processes. 

Omar is fluent in Spanish, Catalan and English and is a valuable member of our team.
